Since my university life was quite abnormal (please refer to this column NO.24) and thanks to learning effect from my private experience, my dairy time schedule is quite punctual and strictly controlled one.
Please let me disclose briefly my typical week-day time schedule as follows;
Wake-up, take shower and breakfast (fruit and oatmeal)
Departure from my house
Taking Inokashira-Line train for Shibuya (sometime 06:44 departure train)
In the train, normally take seat in order to work with PC.
Checking e-mails to make decision whether I have to react immediately or not.
Arrival at Head office to un-rock the entrance door with electric key.
Open Canned Tea Product from the company “K” and start my deskwork at my desk with PC.
Tool Box Meeting. Recently I am asking my colleague to share information on (1) dairy agenda and (2) expected outcome, as well.
Lunch at my working desk. In many cases, my lunch menu consists of
➢ Hand-made rice ball cooked by my wife
➢ Vegetable salad and soup
Back to the combat
Telephone conference meeting with the Netherlands
Go to bed
In week-end, normally I shall not go to the office and if necessary I open my PC at home.
What is important in week-end is to seek “Relax and Refresh”.
Especially, on every Saturday, I go to gymnastic with my wife.
Typical training menu is “Stretch + Muscle training + 5km running.”
Finally, as you can see, my wife has been playing quite important role for me to keep and maintain lysmical dairy life.
